Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 5–12 business days from the date your order is placed. Processing and delivery times can vary by product, destination, carrier, and time of year. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the United States, including all 50 states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Are your products made to order?

Many are! Some Sorta Chaos products are made by us, while others are produced by trusted production partners. Making items to order helps us avoid unnecessary inventory and waste.

How do I know what size to order?

Check the sizing information on the individual product page before ordering. Fit can vary by product, and we'll include specific fit notes when something is intentionally oversized, relaxed, or otherwise different from standard sizing.

Can I return something?

Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they're unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Personalized and custom products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Well, that's not very Sorta Chaos of us. Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll work with you to make it right at no additional cost.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Because many products are made to order and can enter production quickly, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.

Do you offer personalized products?

We're beginning to! Available personalization options will always be shown directly on the product page. Custom and personalized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error.

How do I contact you?

Use our Contact page and we'll typically respond within 1–2 business days. We're a small business run by actual humans, so your message isn't disappearing into a customer-service black hole.
