Most Sorta Chaos products are made or prepared just for you, either by us or one of our trusted production partners. This helps us keep unnecessary inventory and waste to a minimum.

Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 5–12 business days from the date your order is placed. Processing and delivery times can vary depending on the item, destination, carrier, and time of year.

Personalized, handmade, or specialty items may have different processing times. When that's the case, we'll include the details on the product page.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

And no, we don't believe in making your order sit around for dramatic effect. If we can get it out the door sooner, we absolutely will!

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
